MapsPeople - Capital Raise
MapsPeople has announced a rights issue with gross proceeds of approx. DKK 36m, offering 18,012,589 new shares for a subscription price of DKK 2.00 per 1 new share. MapsPeople has secured gross proceeds of at least DKK 34.8m (96.46% of the total offer) through four guarantee commitments and irrevocable subscription undertakings from existing shareholders.
The trading period for the pre-emptive rights commences on 15 August 2024 at 09:00am and will close on 28 August 2024 at 5:00pm. The subscription period for new shares by exercising pre-emptive rights commences on 19 August 2024 at 9:00am. and will close on 30 August 2024 at 5:00pm
