Results of MapsPeople A/S' extraordinary general meeting

Today, 17 June 2025, MapsPeople A/S held an extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the notice and agenda announced on 2 June 2025, at which the following resolution was adopted:

• The proposed resolution to authorise the company's board of directors to repurchase own shares.

Reference is made to the notice convening the extraordinary general meeting for further details on the proposed resolution.

The board of directors intends to place a standing purchase order in the market on behalf of MapsPeople A/S for the purpose of repurchasing own shares no later than 27 June 2025.
