Today, MapsPeople announces that the Board of Directors has appointed Morten Brøgger as new CEO from November 1,  
2022.

Michael Gram, founder and CEO will pass the responsibility of MapsPeople to Morten Brøgger to strengthen and  
accelerate the future international growth. Michael Gram is expected to join the Board of Directors as per  
November 1.

Lars Brammer, Chairman of the Board of Directors in MapsPeople, comments: “Michael Gram is a pioneer and has  
contributed to revolutionizing the digital mapping industry and made MapsIndoors available all over the world. The  
change in management is well planned and will add a new dimension to the business. We are confident that  
Morten Brøgger with his impressive background in execution and management of international SaaS-companies  
will ensure the future growth.”
