MapsPeople expects to release its Q1 2023 results on 25 May 2023. The company’s CEO Morten Brøgger and Chairman Lars H. Brammer will present the Q1 report on 1 June at 11:00 in a virtual live event followed by a Q&A session.
Ahead of the Q1 report, MapsPeople has adjusted its 2023 outlook down on revenue and EBITDA and kept its ARR guidance unchanged by the end of 2023. In connection with that, MapsPeople also released preliminary figures on ARR of DKK 48m, including DKK 8m from its acquisition of activities from US-based Point Inside, which also has an expected positive EBITDA effect of DKK 3m. The postponement in revenue means that the company expects to raise DKK 20-25m as soon as possible, however, with no further details announced yet. With some of the figures and guidance being pre-released, the focus in the event may be on the changes and the assumptions for the rest of 2023, as well as potential news on the details of the expected capital raise.
