Completion of Private Placement 

With reference to company announcements no. 6-2024 and 7-2024, MapsPeople A/S ("MapsPeople") hereby announces that the private placement of new shares ("New Shares") directed to one new shareholder (the "Private Placement") and the parallel sale of own shares resulting in total gross proceeds of approximately DKK 5.3 million is successfully completed. 

Registration of 2,000,000 New Shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each corresponding to a share capital increase of nominal amount of DKK 40,000 has today been registered with the Danish Business Authority. MapsPeople's nominal share capital now amounts to DKK 1,621,133.08 divided into 81,056,654 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.02 each corresponding to a total of 81,056,654 voting rights.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading and listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the existing ISIN code, DK0061549052, with effect from 25 April 2024, and the temporary ISIN code for the New Shares, DK0062843884 will be merged with the primary ISIN code for existing shares as soon as possible thereafter.
