The MapsPeople service desk has been treated with a couple of new updates to make your life even easier. The service desk now features a knowledge base where you can find the answers to your questions. While we love talking to our customers, we also know how much it means to be able to find the answers you need quickly and easily without having to write an email or call. The knowledge base currently answers the 15 most common questions, but we are working hard to create more articles, so you will be able to find all the answers you need.
Another new feature in the service desk is the ‘MapsIndoors - Request Maps Updates’ feature. As the name indicates this allows you to raise an update map request and you can add CAD and other files as attachments.
